# BeanBook vs Coffi

The clearest difference is rating: BeanBook at 5.0 against Coffi's 4.6. Coffi's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 5 weeks) and ratings volume (21 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BeanBook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Coffi sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BeanBook holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Coffi has 21 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BeanBook ships an update every 5 weeks, Coffi every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
