# Unchaind vs Trakkit

The clearest difference is rating: Unchaind at 4.8 against Trakkit's 1.0. Unchaind also leads on ratings volume (45K vs 2) and chart position (#76 vs unranked). Trakkit's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Unchaind sells 24 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Trakkit sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Unchaind holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Unchaind has 45K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Unchaind ships an update every 2 weeks, Trakkit every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
