# Bitcoin Freeze vs Mining Rush

The clearest difference is ads: Mining Rush at none against Bitcoin Freeze's shown. Mining Rush also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 8 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bitcoin Freeze sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Mining Rush sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bitcoin Freeze ships an update every 8 months, Mining Rush every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
