# CraftNote vs SummarizeX

The clearest difference is rating: CraftNote at 4.7 against SummarizeX's 1.0. CraftNote also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (4.9K vs 1). SummarizeX's advantage is device support (4 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CraftNote sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and SummarizeX sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CraftNote holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CraftNote has 4.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CraftNote ships an update weekly, SummarizeX every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
