# Quicknotes vs ntoday

The clearest difference is device support: ntoday at 3 against Quicknotes's 1. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quicknotes sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and ntoday sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Quicknotes ships an update every 8 days, ntoday every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
