# VD OTT+ vs Pure

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pure at every 2 weeks against VD OTT+'s every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VD OTT+ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Pure sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VD OTT+ ships an update every 2 months, Pure every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
