# Active Minds vs Keystitch

The clearest difference is update cadence: Keystitch at every 3 days against Active Minds's every 2 weeks. Active Minds's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Active Minds sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per 6 months and Keystitch sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Active Minds ships an update every 2 weeks, Keystitch every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
