# Props Optimizer vs BarrelIQ

The clearest difference is ads: BarrelIQ at none against Props Optimizer's shown. BarrelIQ also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Props Optimizer's advantage is ratings volume (708 vs 1) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Props Optimizer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month and BarrelIQ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BarrelIQ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Props Optimizer has 708 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Props Optimizer ships an update every 9 days, BarrelIQ every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and September 10, 2026 respectively.
