# POPFLEX vs Merbella App

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: POPFLEX at none against Merbella App's 2. POPFLEX also leads on ratings volume (3.3K vs 12) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Merbella App's advantage is chart position (#162 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Merbella App sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. POPFLEX asks for nothing beyond the download.

POPFLEX holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: POPFLEX has 3.3K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 95% of POPFLEX's written reviews are positive against 100% of Merbella App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

POPFLEX ships an update every 11 days, Merbella App every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
