# TRNSFRMD vs BARE Nutrition

The clearest difference is ads: TRNSFRMD at none against BARE Nutrition's shown. BARE Nutrition's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TRNSFRMD sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $300.00 per month and BARE Nutrition sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $74.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TRNSFRMD ships an update every 2 months, BARE Nutrition weekly. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
