# Labs AI vs Whatever App

The clearest difference is rating: Labs AI at 4.6 against Whatever App's 1.0. Labs AI also leads on ratings volume (118 vs 1) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Labs AI sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Whatever App sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Labs AI holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Labs AI has 118 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Labs AI ships an update every 8 days, Whatever App every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
