# Scream Therapy vs FitXprt

The clearest difference is ads: FitXprt at none against Scream Therapy's shown. Scream Therapy's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scream Therapy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and FitXprt sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scream Therapy ships an update weekly, FitXprt every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
