# InkSpace vs Notedrafts

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Notedrafts at 753 against InkSpace's 9. Notedrafts also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). InkSpace's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 81%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InkSpace sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Notedrafts sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notedrafts holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notedrafts has 753 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of InkSpace's written reviews are positive against 81% of Notedrafts's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

InkSpace ships an update every 2 weeks, Notedrafts every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
