# BQ Coaching vs GLPer

The clearest difference is update cadence: GLPer at every 3 weeks against BQ Coaching's every 2 months. BQ Coaching's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BQ Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $299.99 per month and GLPer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BQ Coaching ships an update every 2 months, GLPer every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
