# Skillweed Academy vs Dana AI

The clearest difference is rating: Skillweed Academy at 5.0 against Dana AI's 4.5. Skillweed Academy also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Dana AI's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (13 vs 2). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Skillweed Academy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dana AI sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Skillweed Academy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dana AI has 13 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Skillweed Academy ships an update every 3 months, Dana AI weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
