# PushPull vs Ultimate Workout

PushPull and Ultimate Workout are too close to call on the numbers: across 6 compared parameters — price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. PushPull sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Ultimate Workout sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PushPull ships an update every 6 days, Ultimate Workout every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
