# StudyAid AI vs BananaNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: StudyAid AI at every 10 days against BananaNote's every 5 weeks. StudyAid AI also leads on iOS requirement (14.0.0 vs 18.5). BananaNote's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StudyAid AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and BananaNote sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for StudyAid AI against 5.0 for BananaNote. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BananaNote has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

StudyAid AI ships an update every 10 days, BananaNote every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
