# Botcast vs MS

The clearest difference is update cadence: MS at every 3 days against Botcast's every 5 days. MS also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Botcast sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and MS sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Botcast ships an update every 5 days, MS every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
