# InterYue vs Interview Man

The clearest difference is rating: Interview Man at 4.9 against InterYue's 1.5. Interview Man also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (145 vs 2). InterYue's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InterYue sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Interview Man sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Interview Man holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Interview Man has 145 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of InterYue's written reviews are positive against 98% of Interview Man's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
