# Sequential vs Stedo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sequential at weekly against Stedo's every 2 weeks. Stedo's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sequential sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month and Stedo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sequential ships an update weekly, Stedo every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
