# FÔLD vs Inner Glow

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Inner Glow at 100% against FÔLD's 57%. FÔLD's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months) and device support (5 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FÔLD sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Inner Glow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $22.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
