# Block Park vs Block Nova!

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Block Nova! at 11K against Block Park's 1. Block Nova! also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). Block Park's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Block Park sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and Block Nova! sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Block Park holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Block Nova! has 11K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Block Park ships an update every 2 months, Block Nova! every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
