# The Sobriety Method vs Sober Now

The clearest difference is device support: The Sobriety Method at 3 against Sober Now's 1. The Sobriety Method also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The Sobriety Method sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per month and Sober Now sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
