# Daily Affirmations vs Ripple

The clearest difference is update cadence: Daily Affirmations at every 3 weeks against Ripple's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Daily Affirmations sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Ripple sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Daily Affirmations ships an update every 3 weeks, Ripple every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
