# PMDD Tracker vs Settlepaw

The clearest difference is update cadence: Settlepaw at every 9 days against PMDD Tracker's every 7 months. PMDD Tracker's advantage is iOS requirement (15.5 vs 26.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PMDD Tracker sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $4.95 per month and Settlepaw sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
