# Solvify vs Notelyn

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Solvify at 100% against Notelyn's 25%. Notelyn's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Solvify sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Notelyn sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notelyn holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 7 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Solvify's written reviews are positive against 25% of Notelyn's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Solvify ships an update every 5 weeks, Notelyn fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
