# FoxNote vs MasjidSync

The clearest difference is update cadence: MasjidSync at every 5 days against FoxNote's fortnightly. MasjidSync also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FoxNote sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and MasjidSync sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FoxNote ships an update fortnightly, MasjidSync every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
