# Bondo vs Shelf TV

The clearest difference is ads: Shelf TV at none against Bondo's shown. Shelf TV also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 5 weeks) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bondo sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Shelf TV sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Bondo against 5.0 for Shelf TV. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shelf TV has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bondo ships an update every 5 weeks, Shelf TV every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
