# Sidekix vs HeirHouse

The clearest difference is ads: Sidekix at none against HeirHouse's shown. Sidekix also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). HeirHouse's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Sidekix against 5.0 for HeirHouse. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sidekix has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Sidekix ships an update every 3 days, HeirHouse every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
