# WhiteSync vs iDrawBoard

The clearest difference is ads: WhiteSync at none against iDrawBoard's shown. WhiteSync also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WhiteSync sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and iDrawBoard sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WhiteSync ships an update every 2 months, iDrawBoard every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
