# Madkour vs Section

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Madkour at none against Section's 5. Section's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 6 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Section sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Madkour asks for nothing beyond the download.

Madkour ships an update every 6 months, Section every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
