# HabitFish vs Current

The clearest difference is update cadence: HabitFish at every 5 days against Current's every 9 days. HabitFish also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HabitFish sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 3 months and Current sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HabitFish ships an update every 5 days, Current every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
