# SyllySync vs UpAhead

The clearest difference is rating: SyllySync at 5.0 against UpAhead's 4.1. UpAhead's advantage is ratings volume (63 vs 1) and review sentiment (53% vs 33%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SyllySync sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and UpAhead sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SyllySync holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UpAhead has 63 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of SyllySync's written reviews are positive against 53% of UpAhead's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SyllySync ships an update every 4 days, UpAhead weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
