# SyllySync vs Ahead

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ahead at 100% against SyllySync's 33%. Ahead also leads on rating (4.8 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (26 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SyllySync sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Ahead sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ahead holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ahead has 26 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 33% of SyllySync's written reviews are positive against 100% of Ahead's.

SyllySync ships an update every 4 days, Ahead every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
