# Rex vs Online+

The clearest difference is rating: Rex at 5.0 against Online+'s 4.6. Rex also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks). Online+'s advantage is ratings volume (67 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rex holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Online+ has 67 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Rex ships an update every 3 days, Online+ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
