# Notic vs Focus

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus at every 4 days against Notic's every 2 months. Notic's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notic sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Focus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notic ships an update every 2 months, Focus every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
