# Shift vs Pasly

The clearest difference is device support: Pasly at 3 against Shift's 1. Pasly also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shift sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pasly sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shift ships an update every 6 days, Pasly every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
