# OneTap Replies vs Comet

The clearest difference is rating: Comet at 4.7 against OneTap Replies's 1.0. Comet also leads on ratings volume (7.8K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OneTap Replies sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Comet sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $20.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Comet holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Comet has 7.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

OneTap Replies ships an update monthly, Comet weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
