# ObsessLess vs Delay

The clearest difference is update cadence: ObsessLess at weekly against Delay's monthly. ObsessLess also leads on ratings volume (113 vs 3). Delay's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 82%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ObsessLess sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Delay sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Delay holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ObsessLess has 113 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 82% of ObsessLess's written reviews are positive against 100% of Delay's.

ObsessLess ships an update weekly, Delay monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
