# NoteMail vs Notee

NoteMail and Notee both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of NoteMail's written reviews are positive against 70% of Notee's. Notee's advantage is ratings volume (5K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NoteMail sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Notee sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NoteMail holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notee has 5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of NoteMail's written reviews are positive against 70% of Notee's.

NoteMail ships an update monthly, Notee weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
