# Bible Recap + vs The Memory Book

The clearest difference is rating: The Memory Book at 5.0 against Bible Recap +'s 4.6. Bible Recap +'s advantage is ratings volume (466 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bible Recap + sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and The Memory Book sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

The Memory Book holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bible Recap + has 466 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
