# AI Search for iMessage vs TextKeep

The clearest difference is rating: AI Search for iMessage at 5.0 against TextKeep's 4.4. AI Search for iMessage also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 59%) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). TextKeep's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (268 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI Search for iMessage sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and TextKeep sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
