# SITREP vs Sentinel Net

The clearest difference is rating: Sentinel Net at 5.0 against SITREP's 4.4. Sentinel Net also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 62%). SITREP's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (133 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SITREP sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month and Sentinel Net sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
