# Strongsplit vs 4WRD

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 4WRD at 100% against Strongsplit's 54%. 4WRD also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and rating (4.7 vs 4.3). Strongsplit's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (70 vs 10). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Strongsplit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and 4WRD sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $18.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

4WRD holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Strongsplit has 70 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two.
