# Strongsplit vs Viceless

The clearest difference is rating: Viceless at 4.8 against Strongsplit's 4.2. Viceless also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Strongsplit's advantage is ratings volume (52 vs 11). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Strongsplit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Viceless sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Viceless holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 52 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of Strongsplit's written reviews are positive against 50% of Viceless's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
