# Drift Tafheet vs Case opener

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Case opener at none against Drift Tafheet's 10. Case opener also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 107). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drift Tafheet sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Case opener asks for nothing beyond the download.

Case opener holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Case opener has 1.1K ratings behind it against 107, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Drift Tafheet's written reviews are positive against 74% of Case opener's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Drift Tafheet ships an update fortnightly, Case opener every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
