# Trench Performance vs Summit U

The clearest difference is rating: Trench Performance at 4.9 against Summit U's 3.7. Trench Performance also leads on ratings volume (16 vs 3). Summit U's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Trench Performance sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $59.99 per month and Summit U sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Trench Performance ships an update every 3 months, Summit U monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
