# Failnote vs Snapmod

The clearest difference is ads: Snapmod at none against Failnote's shown. Snapmod also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 12 months). Failnote's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Failnote sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Snapmod sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
