# VMaxxx vs Bro

The clearest difference is rating: VMaxxx at 5.0 against Bro's 3.7. VMaxxx also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Bro's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VMaxxx sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Bro sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VMaxxx holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bro has 1.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

VMaxxx ships an update every 5 days, Bro every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
