# 养龙虾 vs SleepMend

The clearest difference is update cadence: 养龙虾 at every 2 weeks against SleepMend's every 2 months. 养龙虾 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 养龙虾 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and SleepMend sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

养龙虾 ships an update every 2 weeks, SleepMend every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
